Can I use my kitchen while it's being remodeled?
For most of the project, no — once demo starts, the sink, range, and counters are out. We give you the schedule before demo day so you can set up a temporary kitchen, and because one ProCon crew runs the whole job, the down stretch isn't dragged out waiting on outside subs.
Do you move walls and change the layout, or just swap the finishes?
Both. We do layout changes — taking out a wall, adding an island, reworking the work triangle — not just a cabinet-and-counter facelift. Dan has been building in Duluth since 1997, so structural changes are handled in-house rather than handed to a separate contractor.
Who handles the plumbing and electrical when the layout changes?
We do, as part of the same job. Moving a sink, adding outlets for an island, or wiring new lighting are all included in the scope and coordinated by the same crew — so there's no gap where the kitchen sits waiting for a plumber or electrician to show up.
How much does a kitchen remodel cost in Duluth?
