Do you charge for estimates?

No. ProCon gives free written estimates.

How fast will I hear back?

Every inquiry goes straight to Dan himself — no call center. He returns calls personally, usually from the job site, during open hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 4:30pm.

What should I have ready?

Just the basics: what you'd like to build, the city it's in, and rough timing. Plans or photos help but aren't required to start.

Do you come out to the property?

Yes. For most projects we look at the site in person before putting a number in writing.
