The project

One crew, one
standard, start
to finish.

The Island Lake build is the kind of project ProCon is built for: a ground-up modern custom home on a wooded Northern Minnesota lakeside lot, taken from foundation through finish by one owner-led crew. Dark board-and-batten siding and a metal roof handle the climate; warm thermally modified wood softens the entry, soffits, and a deck that wraps the house toward the water.

Inside, vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings and lake-facing glass open the great room, stairs, and bedrooms to the view. Every detail — from the mitered deck joinery to the recessed soffit lighting — was held to the same workmanship standard ProCon puts its name behind.
